1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
The product is returned in its original packaging with all accessories included
The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the item

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, used beauty devices cannot be returned or refunded, except in cases of defects as outlined below.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
Products without original packaging or missing components

3. Defective or Faulty Products (30-Day Policy)

If the product becomes defective during normal use within 30 days of delivery, we will offer a replacement or refund upon verification.

4. Damaged on Arrival

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Once verified, we will offer:

A full refund (if replacement is not available)

5. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 15-30 business days
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective

6. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective
We recommend using a trackable shipping service

7. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
